Shipping Information
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We work very closely with our carriers to ensure to minimize your waiting time.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed at our warehouse before shipping. Subsequently, orders are shipped and require 5-10 business days to reach your address.
Please note that carrier processing can impact these time frames.
If you will not be at your shipping address when the order arrives, you can contact the carrier with the tracking number and request a hold at the nearest on-site location.
If the order is not received, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted by one of our reps on how to proceed. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the product will be restocked and you will be refunded.
In which countries do you deliver your products?
We actually deliver our products in the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, France Italy and Spain. Shipping time may vary according to the country selected.
Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel your existing order, as orders are processed immediately.
